How to Heat Pre-cooked Apple Crepes
- 1). Remove the crepes from the refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature, approximately five minutes. Set a crepe pan or nonstick saute pan over low heat.
- 2). Position the apple crepe in the pan seam-side down if rolled. Place it in the center of the pan in folded. Place a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the pan.
- 3). Warm the crepe for 1-1/2 minutes, remove the foil and gently roll it on its other side. If the crepe is folded instead of rolled, use a spatula to turn it over. Cover with the foil and continue heating the crepe for 1-1/2 minutes.
- 4). Remove the foil and slide the crepe from the pan gently onto a plate.
