If you wish to make an orange cake, replace milk by orange juice and add some orange rind.
You can also replace the condensed milk with yogurt but in that case, add up to 4 tbsp sugar. Also the resulting cake may not be as perfect.
You can use this as a base for gateaux, tiramisu, puddings or even to make mixed fruit or pineapple cakes.
