How to Make Rubber Rice for Carp Fishing
- 1). Grab a large-sized pot, pour 6 cups of water into it and place it on the stove. Heat the water until it boils.
- 2). Turn off the heat once the water boils.
- 3). Pour 24 ounces of instant rice into the boiling water.
- 4). Pour a 16-ounce box of instant potatoes into the rice and water.
- 5). Drop 2 cups of wheat bran into the mixture.
- 6). Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract.
- 7). Mix the ingredients together.
- 8). Allow the mixture to cool and set up for 30 minutes or so.
- 9). Grab a scoop of the rice mixture and mold it into a ball that is just smaller than a golf ball. If the ball stays together, the mixture is ready to use for fishing. If it falls apart when you try forming it into a ball, allow it to sit for a few more minutes then try again.
