Today I'm going to be showing you how to make a Cafe Don Juan. Now Cafe Don Juan, much like any other coffee drink, is going to consist of your coffee in a mug, with your alcohols poured in over top. Now one thing to note is that we sugared this rim prior to doing that, but when you're behind the bar, you can easily just dip your glass into the sugaring bowl so that way you have a nice sweet rim around the side. Now we're going to start off with our dark rum, right now we're using Cruzan dark rum but feel free to use any dark rum. Just note that it is a molasses based alcohol so it's going to be very, very sweet. So it's going to be one part and one part with their alcohol, so we're going to do a four count on that. One, two, three, and four. And then after which we're going to be doing - using our coffee flavored liqueur. Today we're using Kahlua which is the world's most popular coffee flavored liqueur, but you can feel free to use something like Tia Maria or Bailey's or anything that has the same basic flavoring in the ingredients. So we're going to add the same amount, one, two, three, and four. And if you want to make it a little sweeter feel free to add some more sugar, not really necessary in this case, but some people like it really sweet. And then as with any other coffee drink, make sure to add on your layer of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. I'm sure you'll enjoy.
