How to Use the Firefox Sync With an iPhone
- 1). Launch Firefox on your computer.
- 2). Click the "Firefox" menu at the top-right of the screen, then click "Preferences." If you are using the standard menu bar, select "Tools" and then "Preferences" instead.
- 3). Click the "Sync" tab and "Set up Firefox sync."
- 4). Click "Create a new account."
- 5). Type a username and password for your sync account and click "Yes" to agree to the Firefox Sync license agreement. Click "Next."
- 6). Note the sync key or save it to your computer, then click "Next."
- 7). Complete the text verification and click "Next." Click "Finish" to complete the Firefox Sync setup.
- 8). Tap the "App Store" icon on your iPhone home screen.
- 9). Tap "Search" and enter "Firefox Home" as your query.

Tap the "Firefox Home" app and then tap "Free" and "Install." Enter your iPhone password to authorize the installation. - 11
Tap the "Firefox Home" icon on your iPhone home screen. - 12
Tap "I Have A Sync Account." The app displays a passcode -- enter it into your Firefox desktop browser to connect your iPhone to Firefox. - 13
Launch Firefox on your computer if it is not already open, and open the "Sync" settings dialog as described in Steps 2 and 3. - 14
Click "Add a Device" and enter the passcode displayed on your iPhone screen, then click "Next" to authorize the connection between the browser and your device. The initial sync takes a few minutes to complete. Once finished, tap the "Firefox Home" icon on your iPhone home screen to view bookmarks and open tabs.
