I know, you have tried everything you've read about, seen on TV and the net, and heard about to clear up your skin and you're still not there.
Tired of all the promises? Me, too.
Just stay with me one more moment, though.
I promise there is one more thing you can do that will absolutely make a difference in your skin and your overall well-being, too.
And best of all, you can do it absolutely free! Simply, if you will drink one ounce of water each day for every two pounds of your body weight you will soon notice a big difference in the quality of your skin.
And, as an added benefit, unless you are already very trim, you will have to drink less water over time.
Why? Because this tip will also help you lose weight! And unless there is a reason you need to limit your water intake, it's totally healthy.
That's right, if you weight 120 pounds just drink a half gallon of water a day.
Tipping the scales around 250? You'll need a gallon.
Here's the math.
Take your weight in pounds, divide it in half, and you have the number of ounces of water you'll need each day.
For example, if I weigh 150 pounds, I'll need to drink75 ounces daily.
Can't add that much liquid to your diet? Even better.
If you exchange water for what you are drinking now you will see even more improvement.
How does this happen? Most of us go through life a little dehydrated - without enough water in our bodies.
Many acne professionals believe this alone is enough to cause acne.
Besides, drinking more water flushes out more toxins - and toxins are a definite acne contributor.
And as I mentioned earlier, replacing other drinks with water does even more, as so many of our drinks contain things that make acne worse.
Don't believe you can do it? Try measuring out the amount of water you need each morning and putting it in a bottle or two for the day.
Keep a container with you and you'll be surprised how you can use it up during the day.
You can also start with half the amount you need and add a little at a time until you reach your goal.
You may even be able to adjust your goal downward as you lose weight.
Sound too easy? Give it a month and see what happens.
Ask your doctor if there us some reason you need to limit your water intake.
If not, give it a try!
