There is no magical exercise or diet to lose weight instantly; it is all up to how you deal with your daily routine.
Obesity is a serious problem which needs a lot of attention.
Losing weight has no secret, it's just about a few changes that you bring in your life and you'll lose the extra pound slowly.
To start with you should be confident, motivated and be firm that you have to slim down else you'll have to face the consequences of obesity later on.
The weight loss program should be one that you will be able to maintain through a long term basis.
Try to gather your whole family in your weight loss planning, it won't cause any harm, it's just for your own benefit.
Your lifestyle will be changed and this will have a positive result.
You will not take your weight loss program or dieting program as a burden or something that you are being forced to follow.
Things that you should avoid completely are cold drinks and sugary items.
If you really want to slim down, stay away from all these.
Consume lots of water instead, as it helps to lose weight.
Also try to drink green tea once a day, it is much better than cold drinks and it burns the fats in the body.
Balance your diet; reduce the consumption of rice and other foods which are high in protein and carbohydrate.
Replace these foods by whole wheat, fresh green salads and vegetables.
Reduce the portion of meal that you used to consume.
Avoid eating the whole day, of course you can have some fruits if you are hungry but no snacks, as their level of calories may be very high.
Fatty foods must also be reduced but at the same time don't banish chocolate, chips or butter.
You can consume them from time to time but in very small amount.
Your body need to be healthy but at it should have a certain level of fat and glucose as well.
Get moving because sitting idle won't change anything, do a lot of exercises.
Try out many activities like swimming, hiking or even cycling; these exercises are very tiring but it is also very beneficial to make you shed those extra pounds.
