2. Negotiations with the seller - There are some sellers who have a number of unreasonable demands or is not coopertaive to the purchasing agreement. There are also some sellers who just would not listen and agree on everything that you demand which you think is reasonable. These things can also be a source of stress and it might help to be patient with these type of seller's and be persistent on negotiating with them. It would help if you meet with the seller together with your real estate agent, and for the seller's real estate agent to be present as well. This meeting might help the seller listen and realize that what you are asking is a reasonable demand.

3. Other processes - Buying a house is lengthy by nature and adding more process to buying a house such as home insurance inspection, title insurance, may add to the very long process and not to metion added costs for the buyer. However, these are important things, which is why there are other states that they made these things a requirement. This is because it will help you protect your interest and minimize the potential problems or unwanted situations that can be very stressfull and frustrating for you in the future.

Another thing that might help you minimize these situations and issues and avoid these kind home-buying stress is to talk to the peopl that you trust like friends and family members that has some experience buying a house.
