No stress, little mess.
And did I mention having "fun"?  Of course I did! Candle Making Recipes - Balloon Candle Grab a balloon, some wax, paraffin or regular, and a wick.
  That's it - you're good to go.
Melt your wax in a double boiler, old electric skillet or an old saucepan at a temperature between 165 and 185 degrees.
Dip a water-filled balloon into the wax and pull it out quickly, allowing it to cool and set.
Repeat continuously until a 1cm thick wax shell forms around the balloon.
Deflate the balloon and take it out of the candle's center.
Add the warm wax, rotating continuously around the shell until the interior is almost completely covered.
Insert the wick and pour the remaining wax, holding wick until supported by wax that has firmed by cooling down.
Your masterpiece is done! There is even a simpler candle making recipe...
Candle Making Recipes - Beeswax Candle  Grab your scissors and a sheet of beeswax and some cotton wick.
Fold and cut beeswax in half.
Choosing one of the sheets, place the wick on the long side with 1 inch of the wick extending past both ends of the beeswax.
Using your fingertips, you gently spool the beeswax around the wick sealing the wick securely to the wax.
The heat of your hands will help create a seamless seal.
Continue to tightly roll the beeswax making sure it is straight as you go.
Once reaching the end, again with the heat of your fingertips seal the border of the beeswax candle.
  Trim wick at both ends.
The one that is to be your base, cut flush against the wax.
The other end, which will be your top, snip to 1/4 inch above the wax.
See?  I did not steer you astray! Simple, quick, easy and painless.
Not to forget to mention fun, fun, fun and very self satisfying!   All that is left to do now is to show off the beautiful creations from your candle making recipes!
