There is something about Halloween that turns people to jelly, it's the thought of what am I going to wear? Which party will I go to? And also some teens or in fact males get intimidated wearing costumes and although they won't admit it they secretly worry about how will I look, will I look stupid? Or a teen will want to wear cool costumes that are seen amongst their friends and peers as wearing something that is "in" this season.
Thinking about it there are a number of groups that have the cringe factor creep in when you ask them "what are you wearing this Halloween?" They immediately feel uneasy as they remember other costumes that were purchased in previous years that haven't quiet looked the way that they were suppose to.
For the plus size group of people who love fashion and the fun of getting dressed up their dilemma is constantly worrying if they buy a fancy dress outfit online will it actually fit? Their worry is every bit as distressing as someone wondering if they have got a cool costume this season or feeling silly and uncomfortable in a costume that they didn't want to get in the first place.
The answer is very simple you go in couple costumes that way it takes the pressure off the single person having to front up at a party on their own.
Now a couples costume can be anyone a friend either male or female, you don't need to be a couple you just need to turn up as a couple and rather feeling awkward you have the support of one and other.
There is real power in pairs.
Hints and suggestions wearing couple costumes: •If your male is a little uneasy when you show him a picture of the costume you had in mind, look at costumes that have more of a normal look.
Suggestion such as a gangster would have your partner in clothes that would be similar to what he wears to work.
Or perhaps a movie star of he's choice would be more suitable.
Honestly there is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable all night and just wanting to go home.
•For the teen they really can't go wrong if they look at the new movies that have been released this year.
For example our lovely blue friends Avatar are huge this year and there are many costumes that couples could pair up and steal the night.
Other favorites would be Alice in Wonderland or Robin Hood.
•For the Plus Size, select costumes that are not fitted and you know that size won't stop them looking great on you.
In fact there are many styles that are made in a plus size that look fantastic on such as a Wench where you can go a for a sexy look and display more of your assets, Flapper or Renaissance look these are also very flattering.
The male versions of these costumes look great also with many styles and characters that you love and would be extremely comfortable in either of these or other costumes that were fun.
Halloween or any dress up time is time to have fun and leave inhibitions at home, but if you are a little nervous remember going as a couple would cut those nerves in half!
