    • 1). Check the heater to wall outlet connection if the heater fails to come on. Secure loose connections. Check the mains protection and power outlet for adequate power.

    • 2). Check the voltage supply if the heater does not power continually when expected. The name plate contains the heater's voltage requirements.

    • 3). Check the LED light display for error signals. Refer to your user's manual to determine the meaning of the display. Typically, when an error occurs an an LED light will display.

    • 4). Check the water level if the heater overheats and does not cool down properly. If it is low, without overfilling it, pour 16 liters of plain, salt-free, lime-free, clean tap water into the heater's water tank. When the water reaches warm temperatures it will have room to expand.

    • 5). Reset the heater by turning it off and then turning it back on.
