In Sept. 2007, Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating her probation from a DUI conviction in April 2006.

On Dec. 23, 2007, Rodriguez turned herself into the Century Regional Detention Facility located in Lynwood, California where she spent 18 of the 180 day sentence. She was released because of prison overcrowding.

Known for her role as "Ana Lucia" on the ABC TV series "Lost."
