3 Vision Improving Exercises You Can Do Today
Vision improving exercises are not new inventions, yet not many of us know of its existence.
Instead, we were told, right from when go to school, that if we had problems seeing, then we should get ourselves a pair of glasses.
Have you ever wondered why? Why aren't we told of an alternative that might save us from a lifetime of dependency on glasses? The answer is simple: greed.
I don't care if "science" can't explain it.
Fact is, thousands have saved their eyesight from performing vision improving exercises.
Sure some of them might have failed - but don't ignore the many others who have succeeded just because some did not have the discipline to follow through.
Money makes the world go round, that sentence couldn't be truer in this case.
Selling glasses - and dependency - makes large corporations a lot of money.
Selling vision improving exercises, on the other hand, isn't quite as profitable, So I want you to have an open mind and just try these out:

- Close your eyes and lay your palms on top of them - thus blocking out all light.
While you're palming - that's what it's called - imagine something that relaxes.
For me, it could be my son or a beautiful scene of a beach.
Breath deeply and relax.
Do this for at least three times a day - 10 minutes every time. - Train your eye to focus properly by alternately focusing on something near you and then something far away.
For example, you could focus on the tip of pen and then shift your focus onto a tree outside your window. - And don't forget to try and use less of your glasses if you want your eyes to ever learn how to see properly.
If you can't survive without your glasses, get one that is of a lesser strength.
