    • 1). Dial Metro PCS customer service from your phone by dialing "*611." You will then be connected to a representative.

    • 2). Request an e-bill from the representative. This is a copy of your billing statement that you can view online on the Metro PCS home page. You can also request that a hard copy of your billing statement be mailed to your home address.

    • 3). Open your Internet browser and navigate to the Metro PCS home page. Enter the username and password you were given upon setting up your account, and then click the "E-bill" tab to view your call history.
