This is because in order to reduce fat from your face you must equally lose fat from all part of your whole body either by exercising or dieting.
However, there are some facial exercises that you can do in order to reduce your face fat.
These facial exercises will make your muscle face firm and also increase blood flow into your face thereby making your face look fresh at all times.
Here are three facial exercises to reduce your face fat and help you achieve a firm beautiful face.
Lip Exercises Squeeze your lips together and suck in air such that your cheeks are hollow.
Hold this position for about thirty seconds.
Repeat two times.
Next, move out your lips and keep blowing air at regular intervals through your lips.
Do this five times.
Then keep opening and closing your mouth with only your lips touching each other.
Do this three times and then relax.
Cheek Exercises The cheeks cover a prominent part of our face and therefore cheek exercise is very important.
One key exercise for the cheeks is smiling.
Constant smiling can help reduce face fat.
Smile very wide with your lips closed and then with your teeth showing.
Repeat this exercise three to four times.
Next, exercise your cheeks by closing your lips and then blow air into your left cheek first and then into your right cheek.
Keep doing this for few seconds.
Repeat five times.
Chin and Jaw Exercises To exercise your chin and jaw, press your lips together and suck them into your mouth.
Hold this position for about ten seconds.
Next, curl your upper lip over your jaw and then keep moving your jaw up and down.
Do this exercise for about fifteen times.
Rub your chin vigorously with your palm until you feel a burning sensation.
Hold your chin tightly in your right hand and squeeze the muscle.
You can as well chew gum occasionally.
This is to exercise your chin and reduce fat.
