Do you have multiple food sensitivities and struggle to live day to day because of the amount of allergies you have to deal with seems endless? If so then today I'll provide some guidelines with a diet to avoid the most common food sensitivities that people experience.
It would be in your best interests to begin researching a man by the name of Dr.
Schulze as well as begin following a strict candida program to help control the allergies and actually reduce the reaction you have to most of them.
The Best Diet to Avoid Food Allergies #1.
Throw Out the Processed Food:
I do hope you were aware that between all the artificial flavours, colours and other ingredients.
Processed food is the worst offender for people with multiple food sensitivities.
You need to begin immediately embracing a whole food diet.
Yes this means cooking more than you might be used to, but it's absolutely mandatory, no ifs ands or buts.
In fact if you don't like cooking you don't have to, just start eating a raw diet, although its not generally the easiest thing to do I still highly recommend it nonetheless.
#2.
Avoid Dairy, Wheat, Corn & Soy:
Whoa hold on a sec dairy, wheat? But they're my diet staples I can't live without them! That's also the exact reason why you suffer from endless food sensitivities, if they're still in your diet get them out.
Sprouted wheat is OK for most if you aren't highly wheat sensitive.
Dairy is just all around bad news, organic un-pasteurized is tolerable for some but overall its best avoided, especially if you have food allergies.
Corn and soy although not as bad overall as dairy and wheat have huge issues with being gmo and causing diseases such as cancer amongst other things.
Only eat organic corn if you find you can tolerate it and I would still suggest avoiding soy unless you must and you can tolerate it, in which case only eat a moderate amount at worst of organic soy.
That's a great primer to get you started, oh yeah with the processed foods go all your high sugar foods, since sugar needs to be out pronto as it suppresses the immune system and is a nightmare for chronic food allergy sufferers.
If you really want to start getting relief I suggest you try going onto a candida elimination program, it will reduce your allergen sensitivity, entirely in some cases.
The candida diet also incorporates all the principles mentioned above and is easily one of the most hypo-allergenic diets around if not they best.
