Open a magazine or turn on the television and you can't miss all of the programs, books, equipment, and a thousand other items offering easy ab workouts.
You also can't miss all the fabulous looking people with amazing bodies that leave you only wishing you looked that good.
There is hope, and here it is.
Here are 5 easy ab workouts and tips to help you get that killer body as quickly, and as easily as possible.
The first of these easy ab workouts and tips is to start where you always have to start, which is your diet.
I don't care how big your stomach is right now, if you follow these simple tips and steps, you can have the stomach of your dreams in no time.
Your diet needs to follow this very simple outline.
Increase your protein intake by as much as possible.
Start by getting a protein shake of some type.
You can get these at any nutritional store.
Cut back almost completely on pastas, carbohydrates, sugars, coffee, and breads.
Drink plenty of water, eat lots of lean meats, lots of vegetables, and lots of fruits.
Stay away from red meats.
The second on our list is to start some type of physical exercise program.
This could be walking, jogging, jumping rope, a treadmill, or anything else you want.
But you have to do something.
Any type of exercise program will increase your bodies ability to burn fat.
The third is an actual exercise you can do.
Swimming, if possible, is a great exercise.
It works your entire body and is extremely easy on your joints which saves your body while still getting you the results you want.
Swimming alone can burn hundreds of calories during a 30 to 60 minute routine.
The fourth exercise is more of a routine.
This type of exercise is to do 30 minute routines 3 times a week.
During these routines, you will want to do a variety of exercises and constantly keep it moving.
Jump rope for 3 minutes, do crunches for 2 minutes, do 30 squats, 40 push ups, or any other combination of exercises you wish.
Just keep it moving and don't rest and include exercises that work various parts of your body.
The fifth of the easy abs workout or tips is to think happy thoughts.
This is a little different than the normal advice, but bear with me.
It has been proven that our thoughts have a huge effect on our body and our lives.
Stay focused, positive, and happy about your goals for getting a killer body.
Totally get rid of any and all negative thoughts that get in your way.
Dream about what you will look like when you get that body.
Look at the clothing you will wear, and be willing to dream about the possibilities.
