Cookie Flours and Sugars

• The chocolate Dunkaroo cookie contains wheat flour enriched with niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid. Additionally, graham flour and modified corn starch are ingredients. Sweeteners include sugar, corn syrup and honey resulting in 13 g of sugar per serving. One serving is one snack package, or about 10 cookies and a cubic inch pack of frosting. Each package contains six snack packs.
  
  

Cookie Oils and Flavoring

• The chocolate cookies also contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oil and include soybean, cottonseed or canola oils. Additionally, there are small amounts of cooked corn and salt, with baking soda and monocalcium phosphate as leaven. Cocoa and artificial flavoring is also included. Saturated fat is 1.5 g each per serving, while total fat is 4.5 g per serving. There is also 100 mg of salt per serving. The total calories of the cookies plus frosting is 120, with 40 of those from fat.
  
  

Frosting Ingredients

• The chocolate frosting contains sugar, cocoa and wheat starch in addition to partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil. Other ingredients include water and high maltose corn syrup. The snack contains little fiber -- about 1 g per serving. There is also only about 1 g of protein. The total carbohydrates is 20 g per serving.
  
  

Additives

• In addition to the flours, sugars, oils and flavorings, the cookies and frosting contain small amounts of additives to preserve and promote flavor and freshness. These ingredients are less than 2 percent of the total and include salt, distilled monoglycerides, polysorbate 60, sodium stearoyl, lactylate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid and nonfat milk. Potassium sorbate is specifically added to preserve freshness. The product contains about 2 percent of the daily recommended amount of iron, and no vitamin A or C, or calcium. The snack contains no cholesterol.
