    Wedding Cake Vendors

    • A wedding cake vendor may want to decorate their table as it might be set up during an actual reception. This gives the bride a chance to envision her own wedding. Have small sample slices or pieces of wedding cake laid out for the visitors to sample. Put the cake on nice dishes or fancy plastic-ware. Don't forget to put out several stacks of business cards so the brides can grab one; you don't want to be so busy with one bride that you fail to pass out your business card to several others. Display an album with pictures of wedding cakes you have created for previous customers.

    Florist Vendors

    • Flowers are one of the more expensive items on which brides spend their wedding budget. Set up a display worthy of having them spend their money with your business. Make a large floral centerpiece in the middle, much as you would for a wedding reception table. Surround it with small flowers; a few bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres will draw the interest of many brides. Place a photo album on the table filled with photos of past wedding arrangements you have created.

    Photographer Vendors

    • Photography is another area of the wedding that consumes much of the wedding budget. Showcase your talent through the actual photos you have taken of previous events. Have several large photos in frames in the center of the table; make sure frames face different directions so brides can see from all sides of the table. Put several smaller photo albums on the table with more pictures. Pricing sheets are a good idea, so brides can mentally compare prices with other photographers.

    Fashion Vendors

    • Wedding fashion is a big deal on the big day. If you have a bridal shop in the area, display your clothing at a bridal show. You can't fit an entire wedding dress in the middle of the table, but you can purchase a small dress frame and put an example of a wedding dress on it. Sew a wedding dress copy of your most popular design or design one of your own. On the side, place a mannequin head covered in a tiara and veil. Bridal shoes can round out your display. Always include photos of dresses you have in stock; if you have a catalog, have several on hand on the table along with business cards.
