The reason I start by saying this is because a lot of people think that tinnitus is a disease and it really isn't.
Tinnitus is a symptom that consists in ringing in the ears, dizziness and headaches.
There is no cure for tinnitus, but there are treatments and things you can do so don't freak out.
There are many people who have been able to reduce the ringing in the ears and some people are even able to completely eliminate it.
Let's talk about a few things that you should never do so that your tinnitus symptoms don't get worse, ok? Do Not: 1.
Listen to any kind of loud noises.
Loud noises are the most common reason for that ringing inside your ears.

Alcohol.
It's considered to increase the intensity of your tinnitus.
3.
Stress.
It's been proven to increase the ringing of the ears do to blood circulation.
Now that we have an overview of what not to do let's talk about what you should do.
You should: 1.
Consult a doctor.
So that you can get a precise diagnoses.

Exercise in order to boost blood circulation so that your nerves relax.
(For example doing Yoga) 3.
Don't forget to try to hide the tinnitus sound using for example a fan.
It can be nice to listen to different noises.
For me and my tinnitus it was quite relaxing to listen to some soft music instead of the sound of a fan.
So if you have any kind of soft music in your PC maybe you should give it a try.
