Bowling is such a great sport for everyone, whether it's for a birthday party, family outing/activity, or a league/tournament.
Bowling is the most popular family sport in America.
Bowling leagues are also great for kids, as they meet new people and have fun every week when they're bowling a league, which is mostly on Saturday mornings.
Bowling has so many advantages that will have a huge impact on yourself and your Child's well being not to mention future.
There is one major advantage bowling has over any other sport, and that is scholarship money.
That's right Bowling could pay for your child or you to go to college.
Because at the end of a league season and youth tournament prizes they give away scholarship money in the place of cash prizes.
If any youth sporting sponsor or organization gives cash prizes to a minor or youth player they are considered a professional and will make them ineligible to participate in anymore youth events.
From the time I started bowling at age 4 till now age 19, I have earned a total of about 25k in college scholarship money.
Yeah that's a huge chunk of college cash.
I have bowled in leagues since I can remember and youth bowling tournaments all over the US.
Bowling has given me the opportunity to pay for a good chunk of my college finances and can will do the same for you or your child as well.
There are so many leagues and tournaments around the US.
Your local bowling ally will more then likely have a youth bowling league on the weekends, so I would definitely consider getting your child or yourself involved in this wonderful sport, and if you or your child really enjoy bowling, check out and see what youth bowling events are held in your area.
There are many national and international bowling events; the most popular are "Jr Gold" "The US Pepsi tournament" and many more.
Most sanctioned youth leagues and tournaments will have qualifying rounds for these tournaments.
So go down to your local bowling center and sign up, make new friends, have fun, start bowling and get you first foot in the college doors financially.
