We're glad to see (for once) that Miley Cyrus isn't in a skirt way too short for her age, but we're not to sure about the cleavage the 16-year-old is flashing. Sure, the gold-and-white Marchesa gown is stunning on her, but maybe lift it up a bit. That being said, the goddess-style cut is definitely flattering on her longer frame and the long-and-loose hair suits the style perfectly.
