A complete health program consists of a combination of all things which have been found useful in cleansing of the body of waste material and toxins.
To get a supply of proper food elements for growth and energy, giving the body sufficient physical exercise in fresh air and sunshine, ample rest and relaxation for repair and developing a correct attitude, so that all these things can bring about best results.
When connective tissue cells of the body, the bone cells, the skin cells, and organ cells wear out, they simply take nutritive material from the blood stream to replace themselves.
They do this very readily and well; provided, they have good material to draw on.
