Spooktacular Pony Tales!
Halloween is just around the corner. To celebrate, My Little Pony – Friendship Is Magic: Spooktacular Pony Tales! is on DVD as of September 9, 2014. From Shout! Factory Kids in collaboration with Hasbro Studios, Spooktacular Pony Tales features six episodes and a sing-along all about Vampire Fruitbats. The DVD also comes packed with spooky fun including My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic pumpkin carving stencils and a color Halloween poster perfect for seasonal decorating.

"Boast Busters"
In "Boast Busters," a new unicorn shows up in Ponyville. Trixie (pictured) claims to be the most amazing magical pony in Equestria. But when Snips and Snails accidentally awake Ursa Major, Trixie can't save Ponyville from the bear's destruction. Twilight steps up and uses her magical skill to save the town. (She also reveals that the bear wasn't Ursa Major, only Ursa Minor.)

Trixie arrives in style on a flying cart in "Boast Busters" on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
"Bats!"
When Applejack's beautiful orchard falls under attack on Apple Bucking Day, it is clear that the dreaded Vampire Fruitbats have returned and Applejack is ready to take drastic measures to protect the orchard. However, the always compassionate Fluttershy argues for a more humane plan, which causes conflict between the two and could cost them their friendship.

"Luna Eclipsed"
“Luna Eclipsed” centers on the Ponyville celebration of Nightmare Night. The celebrations are in full swing when Princess Luna comes to Ponyville determined to change her frightening public image. (Pictured L-R: Twlight Sparkle, dressed as Star Swirl the Bearded, and Princess Luna.)
Pinkie Pie in "Luna Eclipsed"
Pinkie Pie proclaims she is never too old for free candy, so she dresses as a chicken for Halloween. Although she screams every time she sees Princess Luna, she later reveals she wasn't afraid. She was only getting into the spirit of Halloween.
Zecora in "Luna Eclipsed"
Zecora dresses as a Witch Doctor for Halloween in "Luna Eclipsed" on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
"Castle-mania"
Twilight and Spike are sent by Celestia to the ruins of her old castle for research, and unknown to each other, the rest of the ponies find their way there as well. Meanwhile, trap doors, secret passages and a dark presence known only as the Shadow Pony await them.

Fluttershy agrees to babysit the Cutie Mark Crusaders. But the little fillies slip out into the Everfree Forest. Fluttershy swallows her fear and stares down the cockatrice, saving her friends and the little ponies. Her rescue earns her the respect of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and the title of "Stare Master." (Pictured: Twilight Sparkle is turned to stone by the cockatrice in "Stare Master.")
