What"s For Dinner? 30-Minute Menus For 2009 - 4th Edition

I have selected family favorites this week to help see us through the cold weather (I am truly a Southerner and prefer the warmer weather!) I know some folks just don't think it really gets cold in North Carolina - but I am not one of them! If it is too cold where you live to use your outdoor grill, the Grilled Fish Packet dinner can be made inside just as easily.
I am going to my mother's house this weekend and will be preparing the Asian Pork Tenderloin with Peanut Sauce; it is easy to bake-and-take so that I will just do a little finishing when we are ready to eat.
If we don't have any pork leftovers for Wednesday, I will use fresh boneless pork chops for the recipe.
Either way, I am a winner because the recipes are quick and easy to prep and are quite delicious.
You will find that I use several cooking methods, mix and match, to get dinner on the table quickly! You can always substitute your favorite made-from-scratch recipes when you have more time.
I hope you have a great week!
