Let's start at the beginning, you know the basics of golf, the swing, the stance,the grip but you still lack consistency and once things start to go wrong on the

course it just seems to get worse. We have all been there but we still keep coming back.

We all scratch our heads wondering what the answer is, well I have discovered the secret, it is the power of your mind. It's the one thing you don't even

consider when you are trying to work out where it all went wrong.

Is it the clubs? I need more lessons? So off you go spending more money in your quest to improve your golf score. You never even consider for one minute

about your mind and how your thinking will affect your game. Here's an example, You have it a great drive down the middle and before you is that dreaded lake

or stream, it's only 160 metres across the water, easy, you hit that all the time, but as you consider your next shot all the doubts creep in. Shall I hit a hard

seven iron or maybe an easy six iron,or what about my new rescue club, now your undecided, your thinking is dominated by the water.

Subconsciously you are thinking about going into the water that is your most dominant thought, I don't want to go in the water, I don't want to go into the

water, and because of that the likely hood of going into the water is greatly increased.You should be repeating to yourself I will get over the water, positive

thinking, trust me it really works. It even happens to the pro's, why do you think they have mind coaches. The power of the mind it really should be in your

golfing armory.

The power of positive thinking is undeniably proven. If you set your mind to thinking everything is going wrong then believe me everything will go wrong.On the

other hand if you keep your thoughts positive and have confidence in your swing then you will knock strokes of your score, I guarantee it.

When you are on the first tee, especially at a big match when all eyes are on you thats when you start to feel the nerves. Now if you had been training the

positive power of your mind this would not be such a problem. Just close your eyes keep repeating, I will play a good shot, I will play a good shot, picture that

shot, use your imagination feel as though you are actually playing the shot, trust your swing and just play. I wouldn't mind betting that you hit a better.

You really do need to harness the power of your mind. Athletes, football players, golfers, tennis players the list goes on and what do they all have in common.

They all have mind coaches. It really does work, it's been scientifically proven.
