How to Take the Videos Off Your iPod

    • 1). Connect the smaller end of your iPod's USB cable to a USB port on your computer.

    • 2). Connect the opposite end of that USB cable to the port on the bottom of your iPod, and then wait for iTunes to launch when it recognizes your device.

    • 3). Click your iPod under "Devices" in the column on the left side of the iTunes window, which will change the center iTunes pane to your iPod summary screen.

    • 4). Scroll to the bottom of this section, and then check the box to the left of "Manually manage music and videos."

    • 5). Click "Movies" under your iPod in the "Devices" section.

    • 6). Right-click on a movie that you want to remove, and then click "Delete." Click "Remove" to confirm that you wish to delete it. To remove all of your movies, press "Ctrl + A" to highlight all of the movies, and then right-click on any of the highlighted files and click "Delete."

    • 7). Click "TV Shows" under your iPod in the "Devices" section.

    • 8). Right-click on a TV show that you want to remove, and then click "Delete." Click "Remove" to confirm that you wish to delete it. To remove all of your TV shows, press "Ctrl + A" to highlight all of the movies, and then right-click on any of the highlighted files and click "Delete."
