Remove Norton Security

• 1). Click the "Start" button on your computer desktop.
  
  
• 2). Click "Control Panel" on the pop-up menu.
  
  
• 3). Click "Add or Remove Programs."
  
  
• 4). Scroll through the list and click on the icon corresponding to the Norton Security product you wish to remove.
  
  
• 5). Click "Add/Remove."
  
  
• 6). Click "Remove."
  
  
• 7). Click "Next" and follow the instructions. When you are prompted, click "Restart Windows Now (recommended)." The program is not fully removed until the computer is rebooted.
  
  
• 8). Click "Finish" and the computer will restart.
  
  

Reinstall Norton Security

• 1). Place the Norton Security CD into your CD or DVD-ROM drive.
  
  
• 2). Click "Install."
  
  
• 3). Follow the installation prompts to completion and restart the computer. When the computer has restarted, the reinstallation process is complete.
