How to Set Up an Exercise Bar
- 1). Twist or push in both ends of the bar depending on the specific model so the bar is shorter than the inside of the door frame.
- 2). Position the chin-up bar at the height that correct for you (when in hanging position your feet or knees will not be touching or will only be brushing the floor).
- 3). Twist or pull on both ends of the bar until it fits securely inside the door frame.
- 4). Check to see that the chin-up bar's position or height is still correct and pull on the bar using some of your body weight to see if it is secure before performing exercises with it.
