I don't know about you but it happens to me every single day around 3:30 in the afternoon.  I start to feel tired and then sluggish and then I just want to lay down and take a nap even though I've still got lots of work left to do in the day. In fact, it became such a problem for me that I started doing research to figure out ways to eliminate this tiredness from my life once and for all.

That's what I want to talk to you about today in this article. I hope to give you several tips on energy drinks that you can use to boost your tiredness levels. Now when I say energy drinks I don't mean the kind that you buy in the store, I'm talking about simple cocktails that you can whip up yourself to help get you through the day.

These drinks work because most of us are deficient in at least one or several essential nutrients that our body needs and these deficiencies get in the way of energy production in our bodies which of course leads to being tired all the time.

The best thing that you can do is get in the habit of taking a multivitamin and also a multi-mineral supplement every day along with one of these drinks I'm about to suggest.

Basically these are not drinks per se but they are things you need to ingest and it probably would taste better mixing them with your favorite fruit juice and so that's how I get away with calling them drinks!

The first thing is fish oil. These oils will usually have things like essential fatty acids in them that have many different benefits your body.

The next thing you should focus on is bilberry or grape seed extract in approximately 60 mg or so. These things usually speed up your metabolism and also improve your circulation and help increase energy.

The next thing to focus on is B. complex and you need to take between 25 mg and 50 mg of each B. vitamin. Now most people don't realize but B. vitamins are water-soluble so they tend to get wiped out of your system a lot quicker than other nutrients which is why you need to replace them.

Finally you should also take N-acetylcysteine in about 600 milligrams. What this does is supply your body with glutathione which is a very key antioxidant that your body needs.

Now I should say that you don't have to take all of these and it will depend on your exact body and the nutrients that your specific system needs so you may want to talk to doctor before engaging in any supplemental energy drinks.
