How to Install a Rebel SIM Card
- 1). Consult Rebel SIM's website for the procedures regarding your exact phone. How to pair a Rebel SIM differs by brand and model. Depending on your particular brand of phone, you may or may not have to cut the card to fit before you insert it.
- 2). Turn your phone off and remove the SIM card. How to do this will differ by the type of phone you have, but many brands have the SIM card located behind the battery. To remove the battery, you simply remove the back plate and lift the battery out with your fingernail.
- 3). Cut the SIM card as Rebel SIM's directions dictate. Be careful while doing this because once you make the cut, this action cannot be undone. If your brand of phone does not require the card to be cut, skip to the next step.
- 4). Pair the Rebel SIM with your SIM card. Whether the Rebel goes on top or underneath the regular SIM card depends on the brand of phone. This information will be available in the instructions accompanying the Rebel card. Join the two cards together with a thin invisible tape.
- 5). Insert both cards into your phone and close the SIM gate. Replace the battery and the back plate if you have removed them, and turn on your phone.
