Dwayne Wade Has a 36" Vertical Jump.......Do You?
Dwayne Wade is reported to have a 36" vertical and is one of the most athletic players I have ever seen. His ability to grab rebounds, block shots, and throw down power dunks is closely related to his vertical leap. Now I can't promise you that I can make you dunk like Dwayne Wade, but I GUARANTEE that if you practice the techniques at www.40inchvertical.net you will increase your vertical.
How can I guarantee this? Well, because I did it. I was able to increase my vertical leap from 31 to 43 inches. Now don't get me wrong, this didn't come easy. Box Jumps - An excellent plyometric exercise which can help you to quickly see results. Jump onto and off of a tall box or bench.
Heel and Toe touches - Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Jump as high as you can and bring your heels toward your butt. As you are in the air touch your toes. Land, jump again, and then your heels.
It is well known in the sports science industry that there are nine improvable aspects in which you can increase your vertical explosion and quickness. It is important that you have a vertical jump program that effectively targets every aspect of vertical explosion, otherwise you are just selling yourself short.
Simply, targeting improvements on your form alone and mastering the proper jumping techniques can increase your vertical from 2 - 4 inches.
