Simple Exercises to Work Out at Home and Lose Weight Fast
Now, you heard about them all the famous "tricks" to lose weight and the bottom line is we need to have exercise to lose that weight or get in shape.
So here is a simple set of exercises to work out at home.
Yeah, it will require a little exercise as well, but you will do it so you do not dread it! For example, if you wanted to walk up and down the stairs you might feel tired if you did it for an hour.
BUT if you walked up and down the stairs 3-5 times per day, for couple of minutes at the time, you would not even feel it.
Now, you have heard about having to work out 45 min per day right.
Well, no body told you that you had to do it all at one time.
And of course doing muscle building type of exercises will help you with weight loss plan! Now if you are picturing yourself in the gym, lifting weights, here is the thing: Any of the exercises listed below, will be great way to do a full body exercise to work out at home.

- Working in Your Yard: You know it does not matter that it is not a traditional workout, doing yard work will actually help you burn lots of calories and in addition you will build muscles.
For example...
Lets way you are going to weed your yard, you will build your buttock and leg muscles, as you will have to basically do squats.
- Jumping Jacks: not sure if you remember these from your school days, but this is a great aerobic workout and you can do as many as you want of these.
- Dancing! You may not know this but if you just put on some music and dance your heart out, you will get a full body work out even if you are terrible dancer.
- Walking up and Down the Stairs! As mentioned before, you do not need to walk up and down the stairs whole day long! All you have to do is 2-3 times a day do a 20 stair flights.
This is easy and since you are at home, you will probably do this anyways.
