How can I be more creative in my cooking? Try to use a variety of items in your dishes, stay away from bland cooking or by the box cooking and keep your cooking unique and creative yet healthy.
2.
How can I make sure that everything is being cooked properly and not overdone? Be sure to time out your entire dish, so if your cooking potatoes, vegetables and a steak.
Consider the time on each item which means we don't want to cook everything at the exact same time.
Potatoes take the longest to cook out of the above 3 items in which case you would start with those, depending on the rareness of the steak were probably looking at around 10 minutes on each side of the steak roughly so that would be the next item you cook.
Then finally the vegetables are the last item as you NEVER want to overcook them, it looses the flavour and it make the vegetables less crisp.
So give yourself about 10 minutes to cook the vegetables and by the time they are done so is everything else! 3.
When trying to create a full course meal, what would be a good combination for the wine and dessert of the meal? When trying to think of what type of wine to drink with the meal your serving, always consider white wine for a light meal such as seafood, fish or chicken (all lighter meals) When considering red wine you want to combine it with a dark, heavier meal.
Such as steak or any type or red meat.
In terms of a dessert, if your meal is light (no heavy creams, all light meat or fish and vegetables) consider a chocolate flavoured dessert.
When eating a heavier main course meal such as steak, potatoes or pasta you would want to consider a lighter dessert (always the opposite) such as lemon meringue pie or apple pie nothing too heavy.
