Weight Loss Basics For Overweight Women

Here are some weight loss basics for overweight women to take into consideration. Listen, I know all this information on weight loss is confusing since a lot of times it contradicts itself.

So what I'm going to do is give you some basic advice that you probably never heard before. I know you know about exercising and eating fruits and vegetables... so I won't hit you over the head with that boring information again.

Weight Loss Basics

1. Eat a good breakfast everyday

Look, 80% of overweight people skip breakfast regularly while 80% of thin and lean people eat a good breakfast regularly. Do the math. Go with the trend!

My suggestion, eat 3-4 scrambled eggs for breakfast. Maybe throw in some chopped up vegetables too. Eggs are high in protein and fill you up... just what you need to start the day off right.

You don't want to be playing "calorie catch up" the rest of the day eating convenient junk foods to cover the fact you skipped breakfast. So eat breakfast.

2. Drink a lot of water, but don't make this mistake

Drinking a lot of water is great. It speeds up your metabolism and helps keep your hunger alleviated. But the mistake that nearly everyone makes that screws up weight loss efforts is that they drink liquids with their meals. Bad bad bad!

Don't do it.

Doing that dilutes your natural enzymes and hurts your ability to break down foods. Basically, it messes up your whole digestive process.

So instead, drink your liquids 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after a meal.

3. Eat apples and grapes for snacks

Both are relatively high in water content and fiber. They have natural sugars to help control your sugar cravings. These snacks help to squeeze out junk food snacks. If possible eat 3 apples a day and 1 pound of grapes a day.

That's ideal. But if you can't do that, just try to get as close to that as possible.

Those are some easy weight loss basics for overweight women to use to start losing weight without having to suffer through a deprivation diet or hour long cardio sessions.
