I found out about this campground online, and I RV camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

The campground is outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We went to see the Amish families, and the staff was able to direct us to get the most out of our trip. They even knew when and where there were some Amish auctions to attend for the best buys. The site was large with a really cool fire ring (two different levels to cook on), and the tables were really nice as well.


The campground offered a indoor/outdoor pool that had a retractable roof and doors that opened wide. They also had a nice playground with recycled tire chips and a large basketball court. This is a great place for a family renunion with the large pavillion for use. They had two cabins that were able to be rented with A/C, and they were in great shape.

Pros: The campsites were black topped and clean cut. They let us have two vehicles per site, and we were not cramped for space. Beautiful landscaping. You can tell they reinvest into their property.

Cons: Nothing. The campground was great. Our neighbors had some loud barking dogs. We told the front desk, and they took care of it promptly.

Nearby attractions: Amish shopping, Amish homemade items, tour the Amish homes, ride in an Amish buggy.

I can't say enough good things about this campground. It's one of the best we have ever been too.
