Blogging Is the Alternative of Internet Marketers
Most Internet and affiliate marketers are struggling with advertising, marketing and monetizing their products, whether it's an affiliate program, PLR (Private Label rights) or their own products.
Due to the struggling economy and down sizing of major company, a lot of people are leaning on the Internet Marketing side.
Unfortunately, statistics shows that only two percent make it in the Internet Marketing world, just for the simple reason of most people who know the "tricks of the trade" with selling products and affiliate, sell their idea for profit, and sad to say that a lot of people are disappointed with the products that are being sold, mainly, it has too much hype and sales pitch but it does not deliver any money to the buyers who wants to claim their own success.
Blogging is the best bet for most of the "Newbies" of internet marketers.
The fact is there is no cost to start up a blog.
Joining affiliate programs such as ClickBank, PayDotCom and other affiliate sties are free for anybody to join.
And you can link up any product through your blog with your affiliate link.
The solution for the long affiliate link is to cloak your link using bit.
ly to shorten up the link or use a cloaking software; bit.
ly is free all you have to do is go to the website and copy and paste your affiliate link for your product and click on the "shorten" button then copy and paste the shorten link and there you go.
With a cloaking software, you have to have some money to buy the software and install it in your computer to activate it, there are some free cloaking software out there on the market today, but you can only use it for a limited time and as the day pass you will be not be able to use it unless you but it, "free trial" is what they call it.
Basically it's a trap, and there are software out there that you could not "uninstall" from your computer (like what happened to me, Ouch!) To all the Newbie out there, I would recommend for you to do your research before you buy any program that you see and hear that has all the hype and fluff.
A simple Google, Bing or yahoo research will do.
Take for an example, when you see a squeeze page that is very convincing and you're on the verge of buying the product, copy the domain first (without the www) and paste it on he search engine and add the word "review" at the end of the domain.
You will be surprised on the results that you will find.
There are a lot of people who have been scammed and left out with all the promises that the hype and fluff advertisement.
When your email have been captured by one of the sellers/promoter of a product and you have been receiving worthless emails.
Scroll down on the email and click on the "unsubscribe" so you will be taken off their mailing list.
Focus on one thing a time, do not have your head filled with all the information...
worthless information.
Start working on a blog about a product that you believe in and start with that.
It takes patience and passion to make it in this business and most importantly, you need to know and believe about the product you are selling, if you don't you already failed even before you start.
