When you think about it, that Twitter page is simply playing the strengths of any social network.
Most of the content you post on a social network would get entered into a web of friends, acquaintances and various relationships.
Every single reply, image and blog post will always link to somewhere - and inevitably to you.
Is It a Good Strategy? Most probably, yes.
When you think about how social networks operate, it definitely makes sense particularly if you're the type of marketer who relies on backlinks.
