Some common health problems that can trigger tinnitus are vascular disease, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, and ear infections.

So you really need to pinpoint what causes your tinnitus in order for you to able to manage it.
As of the moment there is no cure for tinnitus, there is no one miracle drug that you can take to get rid of it in one step.
But there are ways of treating it and that will depend on what causes your condition.
Like for example your condition is caused by high blood pressure, you can treat the medical problem (high blood pressure) and by treating the medical condition you will eventually eliminate the ringing in your ear.
Another way to manage tinnitus is to avoid its causes, stay away from loud, noisy places, don't drink drinks that have caffeine or smoke because all of these can trigger the condition and make it worse.
