Diet Tips To Tone Your Stomach Fast Many people believe that you can eat anything you want and burn it all off with exercise.
There is nothing further from the truth.
Diet is easily 60% if not more of what it will take to get a Tone Stomach.
You can build all the muscle you want but reducing body fat is necessary to get those flat 6 pack abs.
Eat poorly but build your muscles and you will end up being a muscular fat guy.
I have been there a couple of times myself.
Minimize Intake of Simple Carbs Avoid simple carbs and sugars at all costs.
Losing weight isn't purely about the number of calories you eat, but more the "type" of calories you eat.
When we eat sugars from sweets and things like high carb protein bars - the glucose combines with the insulin in our body to form really hard and difficult to lose fat.
So even if you minimize your fat intake, it doesn't matter.
You can still gain weight.
The food companies promoting the low fat snack bars know this, they load them with sugar, you gain weight and you go back to buy more because you need to lose weight.
Make sure you read labels on so called health products.
Try to find food products that are equal or greater protein grams to carb ratios and you will stay out of trouble.
