His conditioning involved, running which did not just involve the normal jogging but rather high intensity, skipping rope and martial arts. In order to enhance the punches he endorsed the use of smaller weights which he applied in order to boost speed and strength. He also used to sprint for a mile and then take the rest of the journey walking. Lee also used to ride a stationed bike for a couple of minutes sometimes one hour or forty five minutes. The mentioned conditioning is one of the reasons why his body had such spectacular abs. did you know that Bruce was one of the few men who were described to have immense strength? It is recorded that he could actually perform the general push ups with one finger! Oh and another thing, what you could see in his movies was 90% true. For example, he could bring down 250lb men in a one inch punch! This is also a recorded fact in thrusting a coke can with his bear fingers.
