Bad Break Up - Get Over Break Up Pain
If you are going through a bad break up you will be experiencing a lot of pain, anguish and despair that goes with it. Being still in love with your ex is soul destroying and can drive you crazy.
Many of us handle a bad break up poorly. This is usually because you are mentally and emotionally shattered. You unwittingly damage your relationship and lose your partner. Normally; you would be considerate of hurting their feelings. Your partner's wellbeing would be your greatest concern.
Before a bad break up; you fail to think of your partner's emotional state and wellbeing? Like myself when I saw this, I hope you learned a lot about yourself and your own state of mind?

Leave it at that and just enjoy each others company for short visits. Arrange to meet only once a week in the beginning. Don't rush it and show you have a happy life.
