Hi, I'm Sara Haley and I am here to talk to you about things to get ready for while you are pregnant. There are four main things that you want to keep in mind, staying fit, strong and healthy for your pregnancy, for your labor, for your new baby and for a quick and easy recovery. The best exercise you can do for all of these is practicing and doing your key goals or you may have kegels or you may have heard them referred to as kegels. So how do you do one? You want to think of contracting both the muscles that would stop the flow of urine and stop you from passing gas. It's a quick and small and easy exercise that you can do and you shouldn't even see it, that's how small it is, it's very deep in your abdominals and in your pelvic floor. So practice them as often as you can and you will have a healthy and fit pregnancy, labor, baby and recovery.
