Learn How to Have Lucid Dreams
A Lucid dream is a dream in which the sleeper is aware that they are dreaming.
When lucid dreaming, one can often control the outcome of the dream, and depending on how aware the sleeper is, the dream can feel very real and vivid.
Today I will share with you the method I use to achieve this amazing dream state.
The following steps show my personal technique: 1.
By using supplements (LDS), I can incorporate the perfect levels of certain chemicals that help to lucid dream.
I will come onto the best time to take these drugs later in this article.
2.
For the first week of my attempts, I changed my sleeping pattern by getting up an hour earlier each day.
After this week, I alternated days between my new earlier waking time and my normal waking time.
This helps to almost wake the mind up whilst the body is still asleep, helping to realise you are dreaming.
3.
I find it even more efficient by following step 2, but literally waking up an hour earlier, then going back to sleep with the right mindset for remembering my dreams.
I also take my supplements at this time as it is meant to give the best results! 4.
It might sound crazy but everyday I remember to pinch myself now and again, to make sure I'm awake.
This way, when I'm asleep, I seem to remember this and carry out this method.
From here I can realise I am actually dreaming and begin to manipulate my dream.
5.
I have heard the NovaDreamer is an amazing product.
The NovaDreamer detects when you have entered REM state (when you are dreaming) and gives out a stimulus to make you more likely to realise you are dreaming!
