It simply does not get any fresher than that! Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" on the bag, where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and 30 day after opening.
The roasting level desired is strictly up to the customer. This means we will only roast to the level of flavor that you desire. We offer a light medium and dark roast. We also custom grind to the level of our customers request. So you can get a regular standard grind great for use in any auto drip coffee makers or you can get a fine espresso grind. The fine grind is great for use in espresso machines or K cup adaptors to give you that perfect coffee house flavor right from your own kitchen. The fine grind is even great to use in a standard auto drip coffee maker for the people who drink a lot of coffee in a short time or if you need to brew a large amount of coffee for a large gathering or house party and still desire that incredible coffee house flavor.
