Jumpsoles - Do These Strength Training Shoes Work?
If you have spendt any amount of time looking for ways to jump higher you may have come across Jumpsoles. So what exactly are these strength trainning shoes? Basically they keep you on the ball of your feet with no support for the heel. This is supposed to stregthen your calf muscles to improve vertical jump.
So do these Jumpsole shoes really work? In my opinion they can and they can't. I believe it depends on how high your vertical jump is already.
The Jumpsole Workout
So will jumpsoles produce results for you? As I stated earlier these plyometric exercises will strengthen your calf muscles. If you already have relitivley strong calves you won't see any results. On the other hand if you have weak calvs this will definetly increase your jumping ability.
My Jumpsole Workout Plan
For those of you who already have strong legs muscles jumpsoles can still help. By using a vertical program I found I took Jumpsoles and put them on steriods. These jump higher shoes were now twice as effective than before. By just using this seceret technique I increased my vertical jump by 6 inches in 8 weeks! This was on of the final steps I took to finally dunk a basketball.
