The drama unfolds when the road is inappropriate for the any huge vehicle. The road around the mountain is just two meters wide and the length at one point looks endless. The distance between the check post and the parking area (base camp) is approximately three kilometers.

One has to actually get out of their vehicle and walk the distance of at least 5 kilometers. So you can sit back in the vehicle and travel at a distance of 5 km/hr. You can enjoy the trip with your friends. However, make sure that you are not travelling with any kid or an elderly person.

Ubbalamadugu falls is 95 kilometers from Chennai. For reaching the base camp of the Ubbalamadugu falls, we have to go across many towns in Chennai namely Koyembedu, Puzhal, Redhill, Varadaiapalayam and Tada.

Ubbalamadugu falls also margins Chittoor and Nellorein Andhra Pradesh. If we are travelling with our huge group of friends we can hire a bus from Chennai to Tada. Booking tickets online is also an option if we are going with 4 or 5 friends. We should carry enough eatables because as soon as we reach the destination we cannot find anyone within the radius of 2 kilometers.
