3 Smoking Cessation Problems - Quit Smoking Today

Why should you not rely on smoking cessation products to give up smoking.
There has been much research put into these products and still there remains issues that have not been ironed out.
I have compiled just 3 reasons why I would not rely on these smoking cessation products.
1.
Patches, one of the first type of product I used to quit smoking.
I found that I became addicted to the patch, i relied on that as much as I relied on smoking a cigarette.
I also found them to be quite itchy and they left a red mark wherever I put them on.
2.
Gum, tastes awful, I felt like my mouth was burning.
The gum does take the craving for a cigarette away but I needed to chew for quite a long time in the day and since I cannot chew at work this meant that for a long period of time I was craving a cigarette.
3.
Inhalater, the third product that I tried, I found that it did not break my habit of smoking.
One of the biggest things is getting over the urge to put something in your mouth and inhale however while using the inhalater I was not breaking that habit.
One of the most important parts to quitting smoking is finding something that works for you while providing support and guidance to get over the main barriers to quitting smoking which I have already identified as cravings, habitual and now social smoking.
It is important to find something that provides you support while enabling you to quit.
