Does a Natural Cystic Acne Treatment Exist?
After having severe acne for over 12 years and being told by numerous doctors and dermatologists that the only way to get rid of it was Accutane, I am finally clear.

Let's start with the basics: Cystic acne is no different than regular acne except for the severity of it.
It is technically still a pore that gets clogged with sebum and gets infected with bacteria.
So now that we know this, what can we do to prevent it and cure our existing cystic acne, blackheads, and other disgusting pimples? The answer itself is simple, and if you are as motivated to get and stay clear as I was, then you will be able to do it as well.

- DietDiet causes acne.
This is a fact that has been proven time and time again, and it's something that drug companies have been trying to suppress for a long time in order to sell harmful drugs and creams.
You simply must avoid foods that clog pores, increase inflammation, and mess with your hormones!Just a few of these foods are dairy (filled with hormones), wheat (for some people), and vegetable oils (excluding Olive Oil).
Getting the right foods is just as important, and learning what foods are great for acne is something that by itself can clear you up very noticeably. - Getting some SunlightThe sun gets a bad rap.
Yes, staying out in the sun for hours on end could eventually give you problems down the road, but it is vitally necessary to get at least some sun each and every day.
15-20 minutes a day is enough to give you the Vitamin D you need to help prevent acne.
Consult your dermatologist if you already have issues from the sun, but if you are healthy and stay indoors all day, you need to get outside more to get rid of and prevent cystic acne. - SupplementIt is very hard to get every vitamin and nutrient you need in food, but there are healthy natural alternatives you can get at your local health food store.
There are a few I highly recommend (like Spirulina) that are awesome at stopping acne at the root before it can begin to form (and eventually turn into cystic acne).
These supplements do this by regulating over-active hormones and stopping inflammation, which are the 2 main causes of cystic acne!
