What Really Builds Lean Strong Lasting Muscle?
I have said it before, and I WILL say it AGAIN, anyone can dump CRAP, yes CRAP inside their body and make the outside look oh so perfect, what they don't realize is they are destroying themselves from the inside out.
You can wash and wax your car ALL day long, however that does nothing to make it run more effectively, smoother, and longer.
Get what I am saying? Treat your body like your vehicle.
Pay attention to the vital components MORE than the external bull crap.
The body is an amazing thing, and it can only take so much torture.
In almost all of our lives, we have seen someone die early, unexpected, and that's not pleasant.
It's pretty simple, destroy the inside of your body and destroy it completely.
The TRUTH behind lean muscle gain is simple.
You hear about all sorts of different principles and beliefs, and I am not saying they are all wrong, however, as a Personal Trainer I have found the following to be the MOST effective for lean muscle gain, fat loss, and overall well being.

Your blood is what repairs your muscles.
If you are sending it crappy blood full of toxins from junk supplements, a terrible diet, and a stress induced life don't expect much for results.
Like I said before, the human body is an amazing thing, and it truly is.
Some where gifted more than other genetically.
That's just the truth, but that doesn't mean you can not surpass them.

Anyone can pass canned information along and be a self proclaimed expert.
Here is the BOTTOM line, your blood is VITAL to your life.
Deprive it of oxygen and you die, it's as simple as that.
Look for the source of your problem internally rather than externally.
Put GOOD things into your body and expect GOOD things on the outside.
Anyone can cheat and make the process easy by cheating.
My challenge is this, I DARE you to do things "hard" way, challenge yourself and see what happens.
Don't be afraid of road blocks, obstacles, and distractions.
They will happen.
